  Our Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly Examination Program is designed to help protect your investment and ease the distance gap. We will develop a checklist customized to your house and examine the interior, the exterior and the grounds. You'll receive a summary of each examination every month and we'll communicate more frequently if necessary.

• House cleaning
  Our House Cleaning Services can be customized to meet your needs. The following describes our normal procedures:

• Departure Cleaning
  This service is our most comprehensive cleaning and is generally performed at the end of your stay. This allows your house to quickly be made ready for your return as it includes a thorough cleaning of all rooms. 
• Pre-Arrival Cleaning
  This service is normally performed just prior to your arrival and ensures that your house is fresh and ready for your arrival. 
• Annual Cleaning
  This service is our most customized cleaning. Since it occurs once or twice per year, we will ask for your specific direction. A periodic in-depth cleaning ensures our ability to maintain your house at the highest standard.

• Heat and A/C system maintenance
  When the seasons change, its time to think about whether your heating and air conditioning systems will operate properly during the months of heavy use. The best way to ensure trouble-free operation and avoid emergencies is to arrange for regular preventive maintenance service. 

Planned Preventive Maintenance services are performed twice each year; in the spring and in the fall. The preventive maintenance service includes the following:

• Attach gauges, check operation (Refrigerant added at additional cost)
• Check pressure switch cut-out settings
• Check start capacitor and potential relay
• Check voltage and amperage to all motors
• Check compressor contact
• Check airflow across evaporator coils
• Check all wiring and connections
• Check for refrigerant leaks
• Clean and adjust thermostat
• Check evaporator superheat
• Clean evaporator coil
• Lubricate parts as needed
• Clear condensate lines
• Inspect and repair minor ductwork
• Check filter

• Hurricane preparation
  To properly prepare for a hurricane threat, we will begin the process as soon as we receive confirmation that the Georgia/Carolina coasts are potential strike areas. During the period we are preparing our customers' homes, we will stop all other work to focus on hurricane preparation. 

• Before a storm
  For our contract clients that sign up before hurricane season, we will move outdoor furniture, portable grills and any other object that could become hazardous in high winds into your house. We will also turn off your propane tanks.
• After a storm
  As soon as possible, we will perform a walk-around examination of your property and call you to discuss any damage that has occurred. 

We will return your outdoor furniture and other objects to the outside of your house when we know you are returning to the island - otherwise, we will leave everything inside so we do not have to move it again in the event of another storm. 

We strongly recommend Lexan Panels, Roll Shutters, or Accordion Shutters for your beach home.
